Requiem uses officer-awarded loot, the basic theory behind this is that officer awarded loot is a more intelligent way to distribute loot than dkp. It allows for helping the guild progress and awarding the players. This also helps prevent loot from rotting just so people can save dkp for a better item two weeks down the road, again helping the guild progression by keeping people from hoarding dkp out of fear of not being able to afford the next item. This system does admittedly allow for more abuse by those leading, however, we shall strive to be as fair as humanly possible. If you have serious doubts about this system and would call foul the first time you don't understand a loot call: Don't bother applying.
The 4 key things we will be looking at to determine loot are(in this order):
Role in raids
Attendance
Guild Contribution
Extent of the upgrade
Requiem raids start at 8 pm est and end when we kill whatever we're after or until we decide to call it a night, this usually being sometime between Midnight and 1 A.M. but not always. We raid sunday-thursday. _________________ "Who misdirects a healer?" Eklipse
